Trick-or-Treating in Hong Kong is not so easy to do, which is why this past Halloween we took our students on a virtual trip to Haunted, USA where students got to enjoy the thrills and atmosphere of Trick-or-Treating. There were vampires, ghosts, psycho-killers, witches, and even Weeping Angels—so there were bound to be a few ‘deaths’ here and there—but it was worth it as the students got to claim a bit of Halloween candy and enjoy an original spooky English story in which their choices had consequences! It was a lot of fun!
