Hong Kong Bench Press Championships 2023 Breaking Hong Kong records and winning two championship titles

Students from the Fitness Society of our school participated in the "Hong Kong Bench Press Championships 2023" organized by the "Hong Kong Weightlifting and Fitness Association" on February 18, 2023. Ng Chun Pang from class 4B won the 74KG champion in the junior group, while Wong Ming Ho from class 4D won the 53KG champion and broke the 2020 record!
