Dr. Chiu Yin To, Ricky is a pioneering figure in the field of biotechnology. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led a team that swiftly established a COVID-19 testing laboratory and developed rapid testing products in Hong Kong, making exceptional contributions to the fight against the pandemic. Additionally, Dr. Chiu serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Biomedical Sciences, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Recognized as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Young Persons in the World in 2022, he has achieved remarkable accomplishments in the field of bioengineering and technology. In his speech, Dr. Chiu elaborated on his journey from being a scientist to becoming a leader in a multinational corporation through continuous effort and perseverance.
